Now then, we shall proceed to fBFC's second training session:
Attendance skyrocketed in comparison to last week's as the floorballers bounced back to where they belong - the court.

For this week though, there was a slight change..
Training began at about 3:15p.m. with 6 people jogging around the court and stretching, but by 3:30p.m. the rest of the troop had arrived (pls do try to be earlier next time, thank you) and were all geared up and raring to go.
After warm-ups, it's _ _ _ _ _ _! (y'all should already know what goes in the blanks kan..)
Next up, what the whole training was really about...
...SHOTS! Wrist-shots more specifically.
Two variations of the same drill:
1. Dribble ball to net, control, and take a shot.
AND
2. Receive a pass, and do what you did in 1.
Under fBFC's very own..

ANYWAYS, the players were taught the PROPER way of shooting.
While undergoing the drills, players were also taken aside for individual one-on-one personal training with Gary on how to shoot.
"okay you watch me.."
"..lu kua, lu kua.."
"PRESS!"
"see how i press here, then i release?"
"when the ball reaches my first leg.."
And after lots and lots of shooting, it was time for the long-awaited =)
But anyways.
Everyone was divided into three teams.
The teams were very aptly called Team One, Team Two and Team Three.
So it was like this: 1v3, 1v2, 2v3.
(i just felt the need to write more unnecessary facts, that's all.)
Okay photos!
So, at about 4:50p.m., it was time for a brief debrief before putting back the nets and stuff.
Girls & juniors, thank you to ALL who came, those who didn't pls come back, and everyone please DON'T BE LATE!
DIV 2 IS COMING!
Did you know that..?
