Combined training! Meet the full force of Firebrands Floorball Club. And finally all the players have the chance to train alongside each other in one training, instead of the usual split trainings.
12:52 p.m.
The only people in PBSM're Sarah, Tania, and a few Frontliners (our training slot's directly after theirs).
How the court looked like then:
One Frontliner practising shooting. And you can actually see the yellow ball flying in the net..
1:05 p.m.
More people come d.
And now the court's like:
Playing around before training officially started.
1:12 p.m.
Coach-for-the-day Gary Lee still nowhere in sight. But nevermind, we shall not waste time..
..warm-ups!
Then snakes and the two-line pass-shoot drill.
And finally, the coach arrives.
1:51 p.m.
Since the turnout was unexpected (means training got more people than predicted), the girls and the guys were split.
The girls' corner.
And the guys.
Drills were done separately for both groups, Gary leading the guys and Tania leading the girls. The guys worked on their basics (passing and shooting) while the girls did a mixture of drills (star passes, Big Bad Wolf, cones).
1:56 p.m.
Train, train, train!
James coaching Joyce the goalkeeper.
The girls.
And while Lisa spin-offs, the guys do their passing.
More coaching for Miss Wholesome of SMKCGL.
Guys behind there lining up to take shots.
2:40 p.m.
Although it seemed like the split during the drills seemed to defeat the whole 'combined training' concept, all was not lost, cuz now we're back together for...
...game time! And the juniors got to face-off against the guys, something that only happens very rarely.
Silalah menghayati foto-foto di bawah ini, and read from each of them a thousand words each.
3:50 p.m.
Debriefing by Alex, and training ended with a word of prayer.
